Washington
State has a diverse landscape culture that divides the state from East
to West. The dry weather of Eastern Washington provides rolling hills,
sage brush and winter wheat with powerful rivers passing through basalt
canyons and lush riverbanks. Liang Wei's paintings of Eastern Washington
