Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed With Our Return Policy

We believe you will be completely satisfied with your purchases from us. WLart.com makes every effort to ensure that the offered works of art, including the ones displayed and the custom-made art creations, are of the highest quality, and that the digital images accurately represent the actual products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 business days of initial delivery for a full refund. Please refer to the Return Form for the processing of any return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items. WLart.com requires that the artwork be returned in its original condition. Upon receiving the returned artwork, WLart.com will credit you with the full purchase amount in accordance with the payment method that you used to make your purchase. That is, through any one of the following methods:


1.
By crediting your credit card, or
2. Transferring money into your bank account, or
3. Returning your check or money order or the equivalent amount.

However, we reserve the right to use an alternate method for refund, if we find that an alternative method may better serve our ability to handle the refund process. For example, an electronic funds transfer may be used for refunding your purchase amount instead of directly crediting your credit card, if the process is faster and more efficient.




Damaged Artwork


Should you receive an artwork inside a damaged package, or if upon opening the package your artwork appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately using the Return Form.
WLart.com will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to have the artwork returned at our expense. Upon receiving the returned artwork, WLart.com will credit you with the full purchase amount with the payment method used when you purchased the item. That is, through any one of the following methods:

1. By crediting your credit card, or
2. Transferring money into your bank account, or
3. Returning your check or money order or the equivalent amount.

However, we reserve the right to use an alternate method for refund, if we find that an alternative method may better serve our ability to handle the refund process.
